Of Counsel, SUSAN SPARKS joined Balestreri Potocki & Holmes in 1994, where for the next eight years she focused on construction defect defense litigation. Her clientele included developers, general contractors, specialty contractors, product manufacturers, and design professionals. Susan prepared multiple cases for trial, arbitrated and mediated cases, took and defended hundreds of depositions of parties and experts, prepared and argued numerous motions, and served as the primary handling attorney on dozens of complex construction defect cases.

After taking some time off to raise her three children, Susan re-entered the legal field as a freelance attorney.  Now Susan is a highly skilled and efficient attorney with more than 14 years litigation and general practice experience in construction defect litigation, real estate law, business law, mechanic’s liens, premises liability, products liability, professional malpractice and employment law.  She is currently Of Counsel for Balestreri Potocki & Holmes.
