Associate, Patrick Sebastian, focuses his practice on representing building contractors, developers, and subcontractors in complex construction disputes, providing support in numerous pre-trial litigation and trial litigation matters.

More particularly, Mr. Sebastian handles matters such as the following:

Prior to joining Balestreri, Potocki & Holmes, Mr. Sebastian’s experience included internships with the public defender’s office to gain courtroom experience. During law school, Mr. Sebastian also trained US Coast Guard officers to handle administrative maritime hearings, and he served as a delegate for the school’s Senate, representing the law school. He worked as a Graduate Research Fellow in the Center for Legal and Court Technology, conducting research and acting as counsel in mock trials to test technological courtroom equipment advances, such as remote juror technology and use of tablets by counsel. Mr. Sebastian also served as the treasurer of a student organization and played wing for William & Mary’s club ice hockey team.
