MICHAEL C. ROGERS’ practice is concentrated on business litigation and employment law, specifically in the automotive and transportation arena.  Mr. Rogers’ clientele includes automobile dealership groups, single point dealerships, independent dealerships and affiliated businesses such as finance companies, flooring lenders, automobile service centers, and surety bonding companies.

While in college, Mr. Rogers spent his summers working for the U.S. Forest Service as a wildland fire fighter, including as a Hotshot and Smokejumper parachuting into remote wilderness fires.  Now he fights battles in the legal arena instead of the forests. The “in the trenches” work ethic Mr. Rogers acquired as a firefighter, as his clients and opponents would unanimously agree, makes him an excellent advocate.
