Associate, Robin H. Smith, represents individuals and business entities in civil litigation matters relating to premises liability, employment, and business disputes.  More particularly, Ms. Smith’s practice includes:

• Representation of individuals and business entities in complex personal injury matters;
• Representation of employers on a wide range of employment issues including discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage and hour violations;
• Representation of business entities in breach of contract, unfair competition, and defamation claims; and
• Representation of new and pre-owned automobile dealers in breach of contract, unfair business practices, CLRA, and UCC litigation.

Ms. Smith graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law.  While in law school, Ms. Smith’s superior research and writing skills earned her membership with the California Western Law Review where she served as an associate notes and comments editor.  Early in her career, Ms. Smith gained valuable experience when she worked on the “inside” as a judicial extern for the Honorable William McCurine, Jr. (Ret.) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the Honorable Luis R. Vargas (Ret.) in the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego.  Having worked closely with the judiciary provides her with a unique perspective when analyzing litigation issues.
